Smart India Hackathon

It is a moment of glory for MIT-WPU as the students who took part in the software category of the Smart India Hackathon in 2019 met with success. Eight teams had participated from different schools and all of them stood first in their respective categories. They collectively won Rs. 6.5 lacs. After the splendid performance at Smart India Hackathon 2019, with Nine First prizes for various Ministry/Industry problems, Four students from MIT-WPU were shortlisted for participation in Singapore-India Hackathon 2019 along with Singapore teams. The team at 2018 Singapore-India Hackathon were announced as the second runner up. MIT-WPU takes pride in enabling the dreams and aspirations of all its students and support them with the best resources in terms of Infrastructure, Opportunities and Teaching Faculty. A culture that encourages spiritual and value-based education helps in upliftment of overall personality, performance and perseverance.
