Hyperloop – Vegapod

When Elon Musk proposed the concept of the Hyperloop, a vehicle that runs on electricity supplied by solar panels and functions inside an enclosed partially vacuum tube while levitating on the ground to avoid friction and air resistance, the students of MIT-WPU, fascinated by the idea, created the team VegaPod in 2018 to innovate on the concept and manufacturing of sub-scale prototypes of hyperloop pods by utilizing commercially available technology.
