Dr. R. M. Chitnis is associated with the noble field of education for more than 3 decades and has contributed significantly to every organisation’s growth that he worked for. He was nominated and actively worked in various academic roles and responsibilities at Savitribai Phule Pune University (formerly known as the University of Pune). He has been a pioneer of various important activities at MIT WPU like International Summer Schools, the Business Simulation Program for management students, intercollegiate festivals such as Enthusia and Sports Fiesta, and Short-term Certificate Courses like Business English to name a few. He is recognised as a Ph.D. research guide by VU University, Amsterdam, Netherlands. He is also recognised as a PhD guide by Savitribai Phule Pune University and Symbiosis International University. He has executed more than 4 National and 2 International projects. Dr. Chitnis has more than 11 National and International research publications to his credit and has authored 11 books.
