The University from day one is geared towards bringing industry perspective and exposure in academics. A total of 24 industry connect sessions were organised, both virtually and physically, by hosting industry professionals from diverse backgrounds to share their experiences, and conduct sessions, and workshops. The students benefited by getting a look at the industry’s best practices and learning directly from the domain experts The University continued the strategic partnerships with 10 global universities, 3 academic alliances, and 3 professional bodies for enriching the curriculum, research and exchange opportunities, and administrative endeavours. The University was also recognized as the District Green Champion for the second time in a row, based on the assessment criteria like Sustainability on campus, Rural Community Engagement, Rural Internships, and Shaping Social Entrepreneurship in Higher Educational Institutions. It is worthwhile to mention that 100% of the students completed their Summer Internships and an accumulative 70% of the final year students completed their Capstone Projects with the industry. A significant number of students to the tune of 80% accepted the placement offers. The key companies included Deloitte, Newzera, MoEngage, Brillio, Cognizant, Sectona, Onlinesales.ai, YUJ Designs, and PhonePe to name just a few. These numbers testify to the university’s vision of Designeering education coming to fruition.
