The Maharashtra Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, School of Nursing was established in May 2009 and the Maharashtra Institute of Nursing Sciences (MINS), College of Nursing, Latur was established in July 2005. The college is situated in MIMSR Medical College campus, which is of an area of 100 Acres. The premises consist of the college building, hospital building, girls’ and boys’ hostels, staff quarters and a playground. The well-equipped laboratories, library, classroom, demonstration room, audio visual aids room, nutrition lab, practical halls in each department, a well-equipped central library, and digital library are some of the special features of the institute. Also available for the students are the well-facilitated Urban Health Training Centre at Khadgaon and the Rural Health Training Centre at Rameshwar, Latur.
